Robert Mueller Is Not Worse Than You Imagine, He Is Worse Than You Can Imagine

Did Robert Mueller, the special counsel who is currently trying to frame President Donald Trump, take part in a much earlier FBI frame up that sent four innocent men to prison for more than 30 years, and resulted in an eventual settlement of more than $100 million for false imprisonment?

The answer appears to be yes. This is not Mueller’s first frame up.

Another prominent Bostonian, Harvery Silverglate, has another endearing tale about Robert Mueller.

Silverglate describes an effort by Mueller to entrap him on a perjury charge with no just cause. 

He also recounts a second glorious meeting with Robert Mueller involving the high profile case of Dr. Jeffrey R. MacDonald in which Mueller would not discuss or consider FBI misconduct.

And superstar journalist, Sara Carter, has connected a few dots that were not that hard to connect.

Special Counsel Robert Mueller III and Whitey Bulger

James ‘Whitey’ Bulger:  a notorious gangster and murderer from Boston, who was also a long time confidential informant of the FBI.

During the 1980s, Mueller served as an assistant US attorney and then as the acting US attorney in Boston. The FBI was under his supervision during the time Bulger was an informant.

Former FBI Special Agent John Connolly, who is now in prison for racketeering and murder-related charges, had been the handler for James ‘Whitey’ Bulger. He allegedly tipped off Bulger that one of his business associates was going to testify against him. Bulger had his associate murdered.

Bulger was a confidential informant for the FBI since 1975 and escaped arrest by the  FBI in the 90s after his FBI handler informed Bulger an arrest was imminent. He was on the run for 16 years and captured in 2011. Mueller was then director of the FBI.

In 1965 four men were convicted of a murder that the FBI later learned they did not commit. Three of the men faced death sentences.

The FBI had learned during the time Bulger was an informant that the men did not commit the murders. The men served decades in prison and two of them died in prison.

A jury trial revealed that the FBI had known the men were innocent but withheld the evidence from state law enforcement authorities.

In 2007, a jury awarded more than $101 million in damages to the surviving men and their families.

However, during the time the men were in prison Mueller wrote multiple letters to the parole and pardons board opposing clemency for the four men. Mueller never answered questions as to what he knew about the case or if he was aware of the men’s innocence, as reported extensively by Kevin Cullen, a Pulitzer Prize-winning writer with the Boston Globe.

In 2013, Bulger went on trial for 32 counts of racketeering, money laundering and extortion. He was also indicted on weapons charges and 19 counts of murder.

Emphasis was added to the above because conspiring to obstruct evidence by knowingly keeping four innocent men is not just a boatload of felonies, it is about as evil as evil gets. 

Carter might have her details wrong about Bulger and the 1965 wrongful conviction of four innocent men. One, I think the FBI knew from the onset that the four men were innocent. 

Two, some of the principles get recycled but Whitey Bulger was not a significant underworld figure in 1965. He would later work/conspire with at least one FBI agent who knew of the wrongful conviction and later aided/abetted/served Bulger throughout his reign of terror. The agent in question being, H. Paul Rico.

Also, the motives for convicting and falsely imprisoning the four innocent men were the very worst of reasons. They were protecting a gangster who was the real killer.

Despite the constancy of propaganda promoting our wondrous legal system, it is perhaps the rottenest of all our institutions. If Bob Mueller knowingly kept innocent people in prison to protect the bureau, there should be some sort of consequence. Statutes of limitation make convictions impossible but why has he been allowed to practice law or keep receiving his pension?

Mueller is a bad apple.

  

Confessions Of An Unreformed Q-Ball

It's a good thing my life is not more interesting because it would be a shame to put it on hold for an obsession like Q anon.

How many things have I put on hold for Q anon? Well, it's not like I was curing cancer or tooth decay.

I believe Q is credible but the storm has to start real soon. This week ideally. If not in February, then it was all a sham.

We have so much Q material that we are now going back to the early days. We are compiling Q's greatest hits. It says something that we now have a Youtuber dedicated to "Q Reviews."

 On hearing this, the special counsel’s office must have looked like the Eagles’ locker room after the 38-7 rout of the Vikings put them in the Super Bowl.

 If the president’s legal team lets Trump sit for hours answering Mueller’s agents, they should be disbarred for malpractice.

Please, Let Us Not Refight The Battle Of Whitewater

Some people say that Timothy McVeigh killed the Conservative Movement in the 90's. I am of the firm belief that Kenneth Starr did more damage to the Republican Party than the philosophically-stunted terrorist whose delicate psyche was traumatized by what he had witnessed in the first Iraq War.

One of the reasons to take the political high road is that it tends to be more successful than the sewer express. MAGA is the political high road. Trump's pugnacious nature prompted him to "punch down" but the Donald is an instinctive counter puncher. He did not lead with sleaze. His message, a message the Democratmedia never understood or never acknowledged, was one of hope and optimism. Morning in America if we let the sun rise.

Hillary was negative from the get go. Access Hollywood, fabricated gropees from the distant past, claims of pedophilia, racism, misogyny, Islamophobia, basket of deplorables, and on and on and on. Hillary put on her pith helmet and discovered a tribe called the alt-right that most of us had never heard of. Sixteen degrees of separation later, she laid the alt-right at Donald Trump's footstep. Hillary's habitual bitterness only resonated with bitter minds and by the grace of God this country was delivered from evil.

Barack Obama is perhaps the sleaziest human being America has ever produced but his fabricated persona usually took the high road. With 99+ per cent of the news media trashing Hillary and McCain and Romney, Obama was free to babble empty verbiage about hope and change with his skull illuminated by a bright, swirling halo. His zombies saw their deity take the high, if not celestial, road to destiny and deliverance. Yeswecan!

Before Obama, George Bush won two elections hiking a pike elevated slightly above Dan Rather and the Democrats. And in the 90's Bill Clinton's approval ratings would be bolstered by Kenneth Starr's sleazy-ass evil character-assassinating fishing expedition. Let us revisit Mr. Peepers later and now return to this nascent century.

The sewer makes people stupid. I did not jump on the trash Harvey Weinstein bandwagon. I prefer to discuss and advance principles rather than promoting and sniping at proper nouns. I was reluctant to play toilet referee but I suppose I have to in order to establish that sewer politics makes people stupid.

Harvey Weinstein's many and varied accusations range from the expected to the not surprising to the understandable to the harder to understand to the downright gross to the possibly criminal to the flagrantly felonious.  But no one in the press is making such distinctions. The broadside brush of "sexual misconduct" is the only tool the painter brought to the job.

Bear with me for a moment while we examine (eeeee) the antics of one Louis C. K. Like Congressman Danger, Mr. K almost succeeds in making gropers wholesome by comparison. If I were Ben Affleck, I would be screaming bloody murder at my name being mentioned in the same article as this porn circus geek. Ever the exhibitionist, K publicly apologized to his victims, no doubt getting excited at his rehashing of events. K is the kind of guy who gives perverts a bad name but he has resolved one pop culture issue: Louis C. K. is indeed a funny man.

I actually feel sorry for Al Franken. Given his political status, his fake gropes and practice kisses and adolescent attitude have made him the top news item of the week. If Franken's bone chips can be reassembled into a skeleton, every public figure is in trouble. I hereby issue more warnings about the sewer. Stupidity and false equivalency prevail. Tread lightly.

Which brings us to Roy Moore. I dismiss outright claims made by "The Washington Post", Gloria Allred, the Democrat attack machine, Judas McCain, Mitt the (if only I could find a word to rhyme) Romney and the rest of the GOP establishment. I don't care if they produce 600 women from 38 years ago. These allegations are about as credible as Judas McCain's PROMISE to repeal Obamacare. This is as bogus as the appointing of a special prosecutor to investigate Donald Trump in the total, complete and absolute absence of evidence of criminal activity while his opponents have long, lucrative and suspicious relationships with the Kremlin. If Moore is defeated, the issue-deficient Democrats will make character assassination a staple of every election.

At last we return to the sexually-curious Kenneth Starr. I would like to put those days behind us but unfortunately, some people want a do-over in The Battle of Whitewater. Some quick observations about this stain on the blue dress that is American history.

1. The Special Counsel should have been shut down when it shifted gears and focused its attention on Bill Clinton's sex life.

2. Had the Starr Commission publicized what had happened to Juanita Broaddrick and Kathleen Willey instead of the consensual relationship between Clinton and Monica Lewinsky, history might have been altered for the better.
     Note: This says something creepy about the Conservative mind. A consensual relationship is more offensive to them than a brutal, animalistic, face-bleeding rape! To this day, talk radio produces more references to Monica Lewinsky than Juanita Broaddrick. I did not follow the news as closely as I do now but I did not learn about Juanita Broaddrick until the waning days of the Clinton Presidency. Like most people, I sided with Clinton over the sexually-obsessed Kenneth Starr even though I never voted for Clinton. It's not necessarily that Conservatives are wrong so much as their priorities are whacked.
 
3. Nancy Pelosi was right when she said Republicans institutionalized the politics of personal destruction (I am paraphrasing) when they allowed Kenneth Starr to attack Bill Clinton on private matters.
     Note: Karma can suck sometimes.

4. The Republicans attacked Clinton personally because they were too unprincipled or cowardly to engage him on policy.

5. Bill Clinton did not publicly humiliate Monica Lewinsky. The voyeuristic Kenneth Starr did that.

6. Law and order man Kenneth Starr allowed illegal leaks of confidential grand jury testimony.
    Note: Whatever else can be said about sleazeball Robert Mueller, he did not invent hypocrisy or a blatant disrespect for the rule of law. The Mueller Commission is the continuation of a long tradition of public corruption and lawlessness.

7. Some of the sharpest political minds who keenly understand why elections are won and lost, and who were not surprised by Donald Trump's victory, still cannot understand why the public sided with Clinton over Starr.

We are going to conclude on that last point. Sorry Rush and Howie and Ann and Bennie if you are too stupid to understand these things. Here's a crib note for you. Witch hunts frequently backfire. Be careful joining the mob, be it the one chasing Roy Moore, or the one chasing Al Franken.

Can Someone Tell Mueller And Rosenstein That No One Believes In A Russian Hacking Fable?

This article quotes Seymour Hersh and I usually like to find the original source but this time that source seems to have been disappeared. I have seen elsewhere that Hersh has denounced the Russian hacking pack of lies.

His Russian fable — which was itself a product of his collusion with foreigners from Estonia to England — fed off his disdain for Russia’s turn to Christianity and America’s turn away from Islam. For Brennan, any stick would do, and he found one in a bag of bogus intelligence supplied to him by Kim Philby types from Britain, socialists in Scandinavia and Germany, and Putin haters from the Baltics.

While running this operation of political espionage, he was auditioning for a job under Hillary and turning CIA headquarters into a branch office of her campaign.

In this hothouse atmosphere of pro-Hillary partisanship, any and all contacts between the Trump campaign and anyone even remotely connected to Russia became occasions for “unmaskings.”

Instead of exposing this blatant political espionage, the media became a conduit for it. Hersh notes that the New York Times was in effect under the editorship of John Brennan last year. He could plant any smear he wanted against Trump on its front page.

Mueller's Body Language

Even if you don't buy into the body language truth detection, Mueller is shamefully indifferent to questions regarding the IRS scandal. He is nauseating, or as James Comey might say, he makes me slightly queasy.

So Mueller and his band of Clintonistas are snooping through your family and associates' private affairs? Fire them and Rosenstein too. Pronto.

So your hand-picked idiot, Jeff Sessions got bullied into recusing himself from all things Clinton and anything Russian while allowing Mueller to run interference for his sweetheart, James Comey? And none of the Clinton donors have recused themselves (as if they should have ever been considered for the Mueller Commission in the first place.)? He can still kick off an investigation of domestic spying during the Obama Administration. He could reopen the IRS/Koskinen/Lerner/destroyed hard drive investigation. He could shut down sanctuary cities. He could prosecute voter fraud. I have a laundry list if Sessions is interested.

If Sessions can't do any of those things, he needs to hear your tagline. "Sessions, you're fired."

Rod Rosenstein Needs To Fire Mueller And Dissolve The "Special Counsel" Immediately

This is Rod Rosenstein's moment to prove that he a not a shill for the deep state ruling class. This is the Deputy Attorney General's chance at redemption. He can say that yes, I knew Comey had to go but I underestimated the extent of his duplicity. Yes, I was duped by Comey's manipulations of the press but now I will admit that error and I hereby correct it. 

There is zero evidence that Trump "colluded" with the Russians. The only smoke we see emanates from the mouth of that interminable windbag named Mark Warner. Nor is there a scintilla of evidence that the Russians "hacked" anything. Not the DNC server. Certainly not any vote tallies in Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania or anywhere else in the USA. And there is no evidence the Russians hacked John Podesta's email either.

In the absence of evidence or anything that resemble probable cause, there is zero justification for a special prosecutor. Are you a shill of the Washington Establishment, Mr. Rosenstein? Yes, you were fooled by the news media and high-ranking government officials but so were a lot of honest people. We like to believe there are limits to their treachery, but these nefarious forces have no limiting factor to curb their deceit. Face the facts.

Time to correct your mistake, Mr. Rosenstein.
