Paul Krugman Masterclass?

Master of what? Prognostication? Flimflam? Propaganda?

I grabbed this from the comments section so I cannot guarantee its veracity but it sounds like something Krugman would say. Others have repeated this quote.

"By 2005 or so, it will become clear that the Internet’s impact on the economy has been no greater than the fax machine’s.” - Paul Krugman. This man is Nostradamus!

Krugman might best be remembered as a Nobel Laureate but he might also be remembered for this November 2016 quote after Donald Trump's stunning upset. Then again, he might best be remembered as a collector of kiddie porn.  Such a multi-faceted individual.

"Now comes the mother of all adverse effects — and what it brings with it is a
regime that will be ignorant of economic policy and hostile to any effort to make it work," Krugman wrote. "So we are very probably looking at a global recession, with no end in sight. I suppose we could get lucky somehow. But on economics, as on everything else, a terrible thing has just happened."

Creepy aside: Because I did some basic research and watched the vid, Google has figured I am a potential student and this ad follows me everywhere.
