I have heard the name, Victor Davis Hanson, many times but I can't say I know very much about him. He is a conservative intellectual, I got that much. Hanson, unlike his colleagues at "National Review" and the stuffed suits at "WSJ" understands and supports Trump. Not coincidentally, he is also engaging and entertaining.
Hanson makes about a dozen or so points that this blogger still has in the mental blueprint stage. About a dozen or so blog posts that I don't have to write because Hanson is already on it. We have a blogosphere because the intelligentsia miss and miss badly. If there were more Hansons, political bloggers might turn their attention to sporting events and block chains and forex and life.
Agriculture has kept Hanson grounded. His understanding of root causes is absent in his fallow academics. In this video, we reap a harvest of sprouting wit and fertile insight.

Something Positive For A Change: A Bird Performing CPR
I saw something similar in my yard about a month ago involving two wild turkeys. Unfortunately, the turkey did not pull through. Seems that one of the Youtube commentators had a similar experience.

LOL: Malik Obama Posts Barack's Alleged Birth Certificate On Twitter
The usual disclaimers: I for one, never believed that BO was born in Kenya. I believe he was, as he claims, born in Hawaii. But I also believe that he might have lost his US citizenship when he was adopted by a foreign national named Lolo Soetoro. And it transcends belief--it is as factual as factual can be--that Barry/Barack promoted the false narrative that he was born in Kenya and repeated that falsehood for seventeen years via his literary agency, Acton and Dystel.
Forget Trump Tweets: Read Bannon's
For whatever reason, and yes, it has been a swift and busy news cycle, MSM are ignoring Steve Bannon's bold tweets.

We Aren't In Kansas Anymore, Or America Either
What is worse than Big Brother watching? Big Brothers plural watching.
The Wikileaks CIA trove is scary. They have the capacity to spy as deeply and broadly as the NSA. Probably dozens of other agencies from around the world have matched at least two domestic agencies' ability to monitor anyone at any time.
The MSM will blame Russia cum Trump for the document dump. They have become as predictable as a stopped clock. The situation is much more nefarious than that. A civil war is underway and it is currently being fought in cyberspace. But it is a real war. Make no doubt about it.

After Trump secured the nomination, Obama’s people filed a wiretapping request. As he was on the verge of winning, they did it again. After he won, they are doing everything they can to bring him down.
It was always going to come down to this.
One is the elected President of the United States. The other is the Anti-President who commands a vast network that encompasses the organizers of OFA, the official infrastructure of the DNC and Obama Anonymous, a shadow government of loyalists embedded in key positions across the government.

Brace Yourself For The Media Counter-Attack
In 2008, Spike Lee appeared on a TV show (was it "Morning Joe"?) to pronounce the significance of Barack Obama's arrival BB: Before Barack. AB: After Barack.
What seemed like brain dead blather would turn out to be strangely prophetic. Barack Obama changed America and not in a positive way. The change Obama promised would be destruction such as we had not thought possible.
Barack Obama's one lasting accomplishment is the extinction of civil discourse. He did this largely by co-opting corrupt and corrupting and further-corruptible news media. Make no doubt about it, these were not Vestal Virgins that were defiled. These were whores with price tags and shrewd agents. Obama paid the tab and to this day, he still weaponizes the press.
The revelations that a sitting president engaged in an ongoing, open-ended surveillance of a political rival based on spurious evidence would--in an era not that long ago--result in shock, outrage and ultimately the turning of the screws of justice. That was Before Barack. After Barack the media loyalists work overtime to spin the scandal in favor of the most corrupt president this country ever produced.
False news is now the norm. We have already addressed the bogus Putin Stole The Election From Hillary narrative. In another era a real reporter like Peter Schweizer would shut their lying mouths:
Bill and Hillary Clinton received large sums of money directly and indirectly from Russian officials while Hillary Clinton was Secretary of State. Bill Clinton was paid a cool $500,000 (well above his normal fee) for a speech in Moscow in 2010. Who footed the bill? An investment firm in Moscow called Renaissance Capital, which boasts deep ties to Russian intelligence. The Clinton Foundation itself took money from Russian officials and Putin-connected oligarchs. They also took donations from:
Viktor Vekselberg, a Putin confidant who gave through his company, Renova Group
Andrey Vavilov, a former Russian government official who was Chairman of SuperOx, a research company that was part of the “nuclear Cluster” at the Russian government’s Skolkovo research facility
Elena Baturina, the wife of the former Mayor of Moscow, who apparently gave them money through JSC Inteco, an entity that she controls
Then there is the glaring fact that the Clinton Foundation also scored $145 million in donations from nine shareholders in a Canadian uranium company called Uranium One that was sold to the Russian government in 2010. The deal required the approval of several federal government agencies, including Hillary Clinton’s State Department. The deal allowed Rosatom, the Russian State Nuclear Agency, to buy assets that amounted to 20 percent of American uranium. Rosatom, by the way controls the Russian nuclear arsenal.
Equally troubling: some of those donations were hidden and not disclosed by the Clintons. President Obama required the Clinton Foundation to disclose all contributions as a condition of Hillary Clinton becoming Secretary of State. But that did not happen. The only reason the hidden donations ever came to light is because we uncovered them by combing through Canadian tax records.
Obama has ushered in an era of post-factualism. They tell us that Jeff Sessions perjured himself when clearly he did no such thing.
We are told that Sessions needs to recuse himself from investigating Russian influence and then told that his recusal is an admission of guilt.
We are told that Obama's spying on Trump could only have resulted from probable cause and therefore Trump is guilty of unending criminality.
We are told that President Trump has served up unfounded claims that President Obama spied on him and we click to other sites that lay out detailed timelines for the "investigation."
Many of us thought the Obama-IRS scandal would be a high water mark in a tsunami of corruption. We also thought the Susan Rice Benghazi string of falsehoods might unravel what really went on at that backwater consulate. No and no. We cannot assign all the credit to Anderson Cooper and "The New York Times" but let's hope Barry and Hillary both sent them fruit baskets. The cover-ups could not have happened without you, Coop.
Ya'all ready for some spin? The world might view members of the American news media as overpaid simpletons and lazy fabulists but they will work diligently to defend their overlords. Brace yourself for their counter-attack.
