No Kidding? Looks Like The Dems Stole New Hampshire's Senate Seat. Possibly Stole Electoral Votes From Hillary.

For years, the mainstream media has ignored the problem of voter fraud and belittled those of us who are trying to do something about it. And when secretaries of state like me identify cases of fraud, we are told that the number of incidents of voter fraud is too insignificant to matter.

Now, however, facts have come to light that indicate that a pivotal, close election was likely changed through voter fraud on November 8, 2016: New Hampshire’s U.S. Senate Seat, and perhaps also New Hampshire’s four electoral college votes in the presidential election.

New Hampshire is one of fifteen states that allow same-day voter registration. The benefit of same-day registration is that it allows a person who has procrastinated or has forgotten to register to nonetheless cast a ballot on election day. The downside of same-day registration is that it does not allow the state time to assess the eligibility of the voter. A volunteer poll worker simply accepts a modicum of identification and takes the voter at his word that he’s a U.S. citizen resident of the state who is eligible to vote.

SCHAUMBURG, IL – Admitting his confidence in Cook County ballot integrity is shaken, State Representative Candidate Jim Moynihan (R-56), was shocked today when he tried to cast a vote for himself and the voting machine cast it for his opponent instead.

 “While early voting at the Schaumburg Public Library today, I tried to cast a vote for myself and instead it cast the vote for my opponent,” said Moynihan. “You could imagine my surprise as the same thing happened with a number of races when I tried to vote for a Republican and the machine registered a vote for a Democrat."

While using a touch screen voting machine in Schaumburg, Moynihan voted for several races on the ballot, only to find that whenever he voted for a Republican candidate, the machine registered the vote for a Democrat in the same race. He notified the election judge at his polling place and demonstrated that it continued to cast a vote for the opposing candidate’s party. Moynihan was eventually allowed to vote for Republican candidates, including his own race. It is unknown if the machine in question (#008958) has been removed from service or is still in operation.

An election judge witnessed the problems Moynihan was having with machine #008958. After Moynihan called the Illinois Republican Party and they called the election board, Cook County Clerk David Orr reported the machine was taken aside and "recalibrated." 

The problematic voting machine is the EDGE Plus 2 - Dominion Sequoia Voting System which is in use in Chicago and suburban Cook County Illinois. Earlier this year, Defend the Vote's Sharon Meroni filed a complaint under the Help America Vote Act against the machines, saying they are "deficient." Read entire calibration article

More Ballot Stuffing

Earlier this month, those same officials sampled 1,600 names from their overall list of 10,000 voters who were identified as "legally present" by the DMV (i.e., non-citizens who may or may not have become citizens and obtained voting rights since getting drivers' licenses). They cross-checked the names against a U.S. Department of Homeland Security database, known as SAVE, and found that 6% of the 1,600 registered voters they sampled are not eligible to vote. The work by the SBOE and DMV to verify the 10,000 names was in the works already, according to Lawson, but it also dug deeper after NC FIRE and the Voter Integrity Project separately asked about the possibility that DACA immigrants may be on the voter rolls. In the U.S., more than 550,000 younger immigrants, raised mostly in the U.S. but who did not have authorization to be in the country, have qualified for DACA, according to August statistics from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. They paid a $465 fee to USCIS plus about $500 to $1,000 in attorney fees to apply for the program, which was implemented by President Barack Obama’s administration two years ago on Aug. 15, 2012. In North Carolina, the DACA program allows recipients to get a Social Security card, work permit and driver’s license. In the state, with a total population of about 9.5 million people, nearly 20,000 have received approval for DACA, according to the latest USCIS statistics, through March 31. About 15,000 DACA licenses have been issued, according to the latest statistics provided by DMV officials. They have lawful presence in the U.S. but have no pathway to citizenship.

'American Thinker' Addresses Voter Fraud

There are a few writers who tempt me to link to their every word. Thomas Sowell, Peter Schiff and Gary North come to mind. "American Thinker" has risen to a level where almost every day they have an article worth linking to.

First, I am so sick of Republicans who refuse to acknowledge and fight voter fraud. Refusal to fight is tantamount to complicity. If not the GOP then some Tea Party or conservative group needs to address this matter.

Vadum hits the nail on the head. The left feels that voter fraud is perfectly acceptable. I have said before, this is not your father's Democratic Party. Like it or not, the party is being run by thugs and criminals who have no moral or legal constraints and nothing that resembles a conscience.

It's not just the Democratic leadership who are culpable. The rank and file, the donors, have placed their seals of approval on voter fraud. The Democratic Party is one vast Chicago sewer.

On most matters I am a moral relativist. I just am. On the matter of voter identification I am an absolute absolutist. If you advocate for voting without ID, you are advocating for voter fraud. You are complicit in voter fraud. The reason the laws were changed was to facilitate voter fraud. The vote without ID laws have fulfilled their intended purpose.

The problem with allowing a little bit of cheating is that cheating is open ended. An arms race ensues. If it's OK to steal legitimate votes, what is not OK?  Physical intimidation? Assault? Homicide?

Here's hoping Vadum opens our eyes.

Getting A Handle On Voter Fraud

I just discovered this guy Ed Naile, a registered Democrat and concerned citizen. He and his organization,  CNHT (Coalition of New Hampshire Taxpayers) are rooting out voter fraud and "voter nests."

Naile's biggest scoop was exposing a "voter nest" hosted by a New Hampshire State Senator (although a local TV channel got wind of his investigation and outscoped Naile.) The Senator in question, Martha Fuller Clark, resides in a historical district and as such is forbidden from using her home as anything other than a single family residence. Eight people were registered to vote at her residence. A closer inspection reveals that they were high-ranking Democrats from places like Illinois and Arkansas who had declared themselves New Hampshire residents.

Ed Naile gives voter fraud workshops (as in detecting, not promoting.) I am intrigued.

Take this with a grain of salt. I am not a registered Republican and I don't plan to be one anytime soon. But given the state of affairs in this country, I recognize that your party can lay claim to the "lesser of two evils." With all of your sins, you are downright saintly compared to your corrupt, destructive, Anti-American rivals.

I have four general suggestions that are so obvious that I don't think anyone would disagree with them.

1. Establish a fighter as Chairman of The Republican National Commitee.

2. Establish a fighter as Speaker of the House.

3. Don't just acknowledge voter fraud, fight it.

4. Permanently change your relationship with the national media.

I am going out of order as I am wont to do (I told you I am not a Republican.) Fight voter fraud! If James O'Keefe can find repeated efforts at voter fraud on his ramen noodle budget, why can't an organization with a $50 million operating budget find an act of impropriety when it is right under your nose?

If you stated that henceforth 10% or 20% of your budget would be devoted to fighting voter fraud, your donations would increase sufficiently to offset this new expenditure. Try holding just one anti-fraud money bomb. Ron Paul generated over $10 million in 24 hours in 2007 during the first-ever money bomb. Try it! You might be pleasantly surprised at the outcome.

Your party still controls the House. Why is there not a permanent committee on voter integrity? Cleveland, Ohio had precincts that voted one hundred per cent for Obama. In the real world such things do not happen if for no other reason, people inadvertently fill in the wrong name or scribble in the wrong circle. No human error in Cleveland.

What is frustrating about Cleveland is that Ohio has a Republican governor. He did have the resources at his disposal to prevent voter fraud. Did he deploy the State Police or the Attorney General to disrupt these crimes?

Did Port Saint Lucie County, Florida really have a 141% voter turnout? If yes, the FBI should be descending into the Sunshine State in droves. Maybe that number is wrong. But if the number is only 101%, there needs to be a criminal investigation. If the White House has the DOJ handcuffed, there is still Congress and yes, there is still the State of Florida.

Again, Florida is frustrating because Republicans control the Governor's Office and the Republican AG is all over the national news shows. They were in a position to prevent this from happening. They are now in a position to make sure it never happens again. Voter fraud must be stopped, priority numbers one through one hundred.

Jumping back to the first suggestion. You need a fighter as Chairman of RNC. I don't think Priebus is that guy. If his chairmanship is challenged, maybe it will light a fire under his ass, even if he is not successfully deposed.

What is needed is someone like Newt Gingrich. I say someone like Gingrich because Newt is a loose cannon and he would turn off some donors. But Newt does know how to win elections. He is never afraid to speak the truth and he will call voter fraud, voter fraud. Newt will not be intimidated by a false charge of racism or misogyny. You need his pugnacious spirit if not his physical presence. Newt? Palin? You need a heavyweight in this position.

Now let us focus on The Speaker of The House. We will know real soon if Boehner is the right choice. I think he might be if only because it does not serve his own future to cave on the "fiscal cliff" or Benghazi or Fast and Furious. Oh and if we are making a Christmas list we could add voter fraud investigations, illegal campaign financing investigations, and defunding NPR, PBS and anything related to General Electric to our already long string of requests.

We will know soon if Boehner is our guy. If not, a new candidate should challenge the incumbent.

Lastly, change forever your relationship with the press. Do not talk to the national press. Let it be known that you will not fund any candidate who talks to the national media. If they want to talk to the media from their home district, they should do so at their own discretion.

As long as your candidates talk with the national press, they are putting their seal of legitimacy on the pro-Obama media. Why, oh why, oh why would you allow your candidates to subject themselves to Gregory or Stephanopolos and to pummel them with "do you still wage war on women?" kinds of questions. Furthermore, do not allow the national media to moderate your primary debates! Duhhh.

There was a time when it was essential to converse with the national media. That day has passed. Twitter and Facebook changed the rules forever. You and your candidates and your office holders can communicate with an audience unimpeded by charges of racism, misogyny, fraud or murder. You cannot win with the pro-Obama media. They must be shunned!

Shunning is the first step. With the rise of cable and satellite and Internet delivery, local network affiliates struggle. However, they have benefited nicely from election commercials. The affiliates are now dependent on this revenue stream. Let it be known that the GOP will not spend a penny with NBC affiliates in either 2014 or 2016.

The GOP candidates will not suffer by boycotting NBC affiliates. The GOP will continue to buy air time from ABC and CBS and Fox affiliates as well as independent channels and cable outlets. But NBC is 86. Of course, everything NBC (The Weather Channel, Telemundo, NBC Entertainment, NBC News) will also be cut off. And as previously suggested, if Congress defunded General Electric's lucrative government contracts, I bet we would see a greater respect for truth at every NBC venue.

There you have it. I am no genius but I can point out the obvious, something your brain trust has failed to do. Then again, I am not a Republican.

Before Obama went to work destroying the country he hates, he first dismantled his own political party. The tent had gotten too big and a few stakes had to be removed. When you do the old uprooted stake trick, the tent does not always collapse immediately. But collapse it will. Bet the farm on this one.

Gigi Gaston has produced a documentary about Caucusgate 2008, entitled "We Will Not Be Silenced." This is not Fox News or Rush Limbaugh or Sarah Palin or even worldsbiggestloser. No, these are Democratic stalwarts telling a disturbing tale that the media (mainstream and alternative) will not touch. Wonder why Tom Hanks did not lend his voice to this project?

Interesting aside. Gigi Gaston is the life partner of singer-songwriter Sophie B. Hawkins. Her mother was the fifth wife of oil tycoon J. Paul Getty.

Lest We Forget: Obama Stole Iowa From Hillary In 2008

It's hard to keep track of all of the lies and cheats and mendacious actions of Team Obama. Here we see a rotten man surrounded by rotten people. Their dishonor is extreme, even in political circles. They are consistently and relentlessly fraudulent.

It is hard to find the genesis of Obama's duplicity. It might have started at his birth. But toss out the birther stuff and there is still subterfuge at every segment of Barack/Barry's timeline. How exactly Obama hooked up with Axelrod and his merry men is unclear, but it was a marriage made in Chicago. David and Barry pledged themselves to a life of unending corruption. They have not broken their vows.

I was one of the first to refer to Obama as Nixonian. Before long, the parallels were hard to ignore. Now, the comparison is insulting to our 37th president. Obama is more corrupt, more power-hungry, more tyrannical, more thuggish and less honest than RN could ever hope to be. Fraud and corruption and guile are the only constants in this man's life. We might have to retire the word Nixonian even if it does roll off the tongue easier than Obamian.

Team Obama defeated Hillary in Iowa through fraud and thuggery. This will never be forgotten.

Christian Adams revealed that not only were similar claims “pervasive”, but Obama activists committed the “same” crimes during the 2008 Democratic primary to help then Sen. Obama defeat Democratic heir apparent Hillary Clinton.
Obama gamed the system in 2008 by not only allowing an army of young men station themselves outside polling locations in African American communities to prevent elderly women and others from voting for their chosen candidate, Hillary Clinton, but he also trained thousands of willing accomplices—while I do not have confirmation, I do sense the presence of ACORN here—spread throughout the Democratic caucuses to commit voter fraud on a massive scale.

Unlike say, The New York Times, I will admit when I have passed on wrong information. The 119% of registered voters who participated in the Wisconsin recall was downgraded first to 96% and later to 73%.

From students using class schedules to "prove" that they live in Wisconsin (but not who they actually are), to multiple accounts of people being "bused" in, dozens of accounts of Democrat and Union attempts to commit voter fraud in Wisconsin have hit the news. One town even has turnout that was reportedly six times the votes normally cast in a "heavy" participation election- and that was at 10:30 am in the morning.

First is a story from Milwaukee, in which students printed out a piece of paper in order to "prove" their identities. Last Friday, on a High School field trip, two teachers and dozens of students voted " during the early in-person absentee balloting period." To prove their identity, they provided a sheet of paper that simply stated the students' alleged names and what classes they might attend. Their date of birth was confirmed not to be on the schedule. Even worse? Milwaukee's Election Commission director Sue Edmond stated that, even should they find out that the students lied about their DOB or who they were, their votes would not be discounted

Madison is in Dane County and of course, the Dems carried Dane. Republicans on the House Administration Committee want to shore up voter registration rules in the wake of a Colorado study that found as many as 5,000 non-citizens in the state took part in last year’s election.

Rep. Gregg Harper (R-Miss.), the panel’s chairman, called the study “a disturbing wake-up call” that should cause every state to review its safeguards to prevent illegal voting.
