Ever hear of the Holman Rule? Neither have I but it seems to be a provision that allows Congress to withhold pay from corrupted bureaucrats. Sort of arcane but Tax Prof Blog once more does an excellent job of clarification.

Why I Blog II: TaxProfBlog
We previously called your attention to a blogger who worked diligently to compile a data base of ALL of Obama's scandals. The Library of Congress has nothing over this guy.

We have spotlighted this fellow before but let us revisit a man who is making good use of the blogosphere. Paul L. Caron reports on the daily unfolding of the IRS scandal.

Why I Love The Blogosphere: Day By Day Account Of IRS Scandal
It is a full time job to monitor all the phony scandals emanating from DC. Staying on top of just one scandal is difficult in and of itself. But it can be done, as TaxProfBlog shows us.
I had not heard of TaxProfBlog until this morning. What a grea discovery. Thanks to Glenn Reynolds for the link. CBS could provide this sort of detailed coverage but they do not. ABC could provide this sort of detailed coverage but they do not. Fill in the blank could do this but they do not.
Part of the MSM's sloth could be attributed to ideology and some of it is just well, sloth. The blogospere is as much about hustle as resources or access. TaxProf is proof of that assertion.
