Henry John Kerner: The King of Cover-ups.

I know nothing about the life of Sundance from Conservstive Treehouse. I think he is male because I have others refer to him using a masculine pronoun.  These days, that might not mean anything.

Don't know his real name or his age or his locale. Don't know Sundance's likes or dislikes or his favorite Kardashian. What I do know is that Sundance is one of the best investigative reporters in the world, bar none.

Sundance's latest revelation is the common denominator in four wihitewashed GOP investigations. This is a chilling reminder of just how deep-rooted the ruling class ("deep state"if you prefer) gas become. Republican firebrands were no match for Kerner and he thwarted their best efforts at every turn.

The same John McCain staffer who told the IRS to weaponize their database to target Tea Party groups, was intimately involved in Fast-and-Furious, Benghazi, IRS and now -under the Trump administration- “Spygate”.

If you wanted to control or cover-up a DC scandal where would you need to be?  What position(s) would you need to control?  A) the witnesses, and the investigators.  In essence, deep inside the agencies or committees doing the investigation.  That’s exactly the functionality where Henry John Kerner comes in.

How investigations go bad.

Sundance credits Judicial Watch for outing Henry John Kerner. Judicial Watch is a one-trick pony who uses the Freedom of Information Act to find out more than CNN?AP/CBS/ABC/NBC/NPR, et al, will ever reveal. Calling them a one-trick pony is not an insult. Rather, it says a great deal about what can be achieved on a shoestring budget if one is committed to truth. CNN?AP/CBS/ABC/NBC/NPR, et al, with their deep pockets and legions of employees, could do a much better job than Judicial Watch, BUT THEY CHOOSE NOT TO.

Judicial Watch released 294 pages of FBI “302” documents revealing top Washington IRS officials, including Lois Lerner and Holly Paz, knew the agency was specifically targeting “Tea Party” and other conservative organizations two full years before disclosing it to Congress and the public.  An FBI 302 document contains detailed narratives of FBI agent investigations.  The Obama Justice Department and FBI investigations into the Obama IRS scandal resulted in no criminal charges.

According to Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) exemptions cited in the documents obtained by Judicial Watch, three of the Clinton-Abedin email exchanges contained material “classified to protect national security.”
Also included in the newly obtained documents is an additional instance of the State Department doing special favors for a high-dollar Clinton Foundation donor. And the documents include instances of the distribution by State Department officials of Clinton’s government schedule to members of the Clinton Foundation staff.

An ISIS operative arrested and criminally charged in Ohio this month has confirmed that the terrorist group has cells in Mexico, according to federal authorities. Judicial Watch has reported this for years, documenting it in aseries of articles as part of an ongoing investigation on the connection between drug cartels, corruption and terrorism on the southern border. In fact, last spring Judicial Watch broke a story about an ISIS camp just a few miles from El Paso, Texas in an area known as “Anapra” situated just west of Ciudad Juárez in the Mexican state of Chihuahua.

They might not have traveled to Delaware to establish an ISIL, LLC, and they might not have been on hand to cut ribbons and break ground but the Obama Administration did provide arms to a band of Syrian rebels who would morph into ISIS. And by the way, they armed the guerrillas illegally and Hillary would lie about doing so.

So Donald, please don't back off this statement and please do not say it is sarcasm.  You might have meant that the Obama Administration inadvertently assisted in ISIS's flourishing but Judicial Watch has confirmed our worst fears: An American Administration has enabled and assisted a terrorist organization that in turn directed its violence against Americans.

If Assange Or Judicial Watch Does Not Release Anything, It Is A Slow News Day

Let us all thumb our noses at the mainstream media and their movie star salaries. Every day I wake up and do a search on Assange and Judicial Watch. If there is no catch of the day, I shift my focus to the Olympics or Red Sox or possibly Hillary's ever-declining health and mental status.

Maybe it is asking too much for CNN, AP, NYT, et al, to do what Wikileaks is doing. But anyone with persistence and integrity could do what Judicial Watch is doing. Just keep filing FOIA's and see what you reel in.

Barack Obama's bogus and fraudulent to the point of silliness autobiography was mot fact checked until about three years into his presidency. Then, it was not checked by CBS, NBC, HuffPo, Mother Jones, et al. No, it took an independent researcher (and Obama acolyte BTW) David Maraniss. The demise of the dinosaur media has been largely exaggerated. Every time it seems to fade, a Bezos or Zuckerman brings the patient back to life. Even with the assistance of cash and exposure, one has to wonder how long the old-time news hounds can maintain their status when they get outflanked by the likes of Wikileaks and Judicial Watch on a daily basis.

 Judicial Watch has uncovered 44 Hillary emails not previously turned over to the State Department. Unlike Wikileaks, Judicial Watch does not provide a nifty search function.

The Biggest Scandal In US History Is Not Going Away Just Yet, Folks

History will be cruel if not sadistic in evaluating the Obama Administration. This is the most corrupt administration ever and the degree of corruption is on a scale that is hard to comprehend.

The Obama Administration flooded the zone with abuses of power to the point that it requires a lot of effort, a lot of scholarship, a lot of work just to track all of them. In normal times, the Obama Administration's weaponizing of the IRS that probably tilted the scales in the president's 2012 re-election would be considered the grossest American scandal by a Secretariat at Belmont margin.

The problem with awarding that scandal a blue ribbon is that the IRS's many crimes--yes crimes, as in blatantly illegal criminal activity--is that they are impossible to separate from Obama's larger effort to ELIMINATE free and honest elections. That titan is dwarfed by the cover-up of the Lerner et al, reign of terror.

Once more, the cover-up is the bigger story. It involves more parties and more prominent players than the IRS conspirators. Included in the obstruction of justice is of course, Obama's Department of Justice including the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Who, in the wildest stretch of the imagination, would even entertain the idea that the FBI would facilitate wrongdoing on behalf of privileged insiders? Life is so full of surprises, isn't it?

Again, Judicial Watch has done the work the MSM--including the vastly overrated Fox News and their endless parade of high-priced shills--refuses to do. Where else can you find this information stated so boldly?

If You Follow MSM, You Missed A Bombshell: Lerner, Holder DOJ, FBI Conspired Against Obama Opponents

(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch today released new Department of Justice (DOJ) and Internal Revenue Service (IRS) documents that include an official “DOJ Recap” report detailing an October 2010 meeting between Lois Lerner, DOJ officials and the FBI to plan for the possible criminal prosecution of targeted nonprofit organizations for alleged illegal political activity.
The newly obtained records also reveal that the Obama DOJ wanted IRS employees who were going to testify to Congress to turn over documents to the DOJ before giving them to Congress. Records also detail how the Obama IRS gave the FBI 21 computer disks, containing 1.25 million pages of confidential IRS returns from 113,000 nonprofit social 501(c)(4) welfare groups  – or nearly every 501(c)(4) in the United States – as part of its prosecution effort. According to a letter from then-House Oversight Committee Chairman Darrell Issa (R-CA) to IRS Commissioner John Koskinen, “This revelation likely means that the IRS – including possibly Lois Lerner – violated federal tax law by transmitting this information to the Justice Department.”
