Is Snowden a Potential Drone Target?

Four times American citizens have been killed by CIA drones on foreign soil by edict from President Obama. It would seem that Edward Snowden, if he could be lured into a remote area where collateral damage would be limited, would be a prime candidate for assassination by drone. As crass as that statement may be, it is consistent with Obama policy. Hell, it took filibuster by Rand Paul to force Eric Holder to admit it would be illegal to do it on American soil. Maybe Senators Graham and McCain should be more interested in the homicides in Obama's past than the unproven risk to national security that supposedly results from Snowden's leak.
