I'm rather reluctant to post combat videos but there is no overt violence or gore. It's regrettable they don't provide English sub titles but it is current news, uploaded October 24. The Kurds don't seem to be terrified of ISIS.

Where I Will Be Later This Afternoon
Yes, some locals were burglarized when they posted their dinner plans to Facebook so I realize there is risk in telling the world of your whereabouts. But safeguards are in place and I will attend Star Speedway's annual Halloween Howler. 120 cars lined up on a quarter mile oval. Nothing else quite like it.
It still blows my mind that the insurance underwriters still allow spectator drags, a popular event at Star Speedway.

Democrats Continue To Step On Rakes
Blogging is so addictive. So too is the blogosphere. There is always another site to be discovered.
Until a few minutes ago I had never heard of Ricochet. They lay out the David Perdue scandal nicely. Seems that the candidate autographed a young lady's torso and the irrepressible David Brock shouted the vice from his rooftop.
Turns out, Perdue was actually signing a young woman's insulin pump (for reasons that don't make sense to me but seems benign nonetheless.) I'll let Ricochet tell the story.

Even The Washington Post Is Acknowledging The Impact Of Widespread Voter Fraud
Could control of the Senate in 2014 be decided by illegal votes cast by non-citizens? Some argue that incidents of voting by non-citizens are so rare as to be inconsequential, with efforts to block fraud a screen for an agenda to prevent poor and minority voters from exercising the franchise, while others define such incidents as a threat to democracy itself. Both sides depend more heavily on anecdotes than data.
In a forthcoming article in the journal Electoral Studies, we bring real data from big social science survey datasets to bear on the question of whether, to what extent, and for whom non-citizens vote in U.S. elections. Most non-citizens do not register, let alone vote. But enough do that their participation can change the outcome of close races.

Administration Misinformed Congress, Public on Immigrant Release
White House spokesman Jay Carney similarly described them as "low-risk, non-criminal detainees."
A spreadsheet ICE officials prepared listing the detainees includes one person in Texas charged with aggravated kidnapping and sexually assaulting a child, as well as others charged with armed assaults or assaulting police officers. Another immigrant released from Miami had been charged with conspiracy to commit homicide. Two detainees from Boston had been charged with aggravated assault using a weapon. One in Denver had a sexual assault charge. The agency released the spreadsheet to USA TODAY under the Freedom of Information Act.
Voter Fraud In Illinois? Surely You Jest!
SCHAUMBURG, IL – Admitting his confidence in Cook County ballot integrity is shaken, State Representative Candidate Jim Moynihan (R-56), was shocked today when he tried to cast a vote for himself and the voting machine cast it for his opponent instead.
“While early voting at the Schaumburg Public Library today, I tried to cast a vote for myself and instead it cast the vote for my opponent,” said Moynihan. “You could imagine my surprise as the same thing happened with a number of races when I tried to vote for a Republican and the machine registered a vote for a Democrat."
While using a touch screen voting machine in Schaumburg, Moynihan voted for several races on the ballot, only to find that whenever he voted for a Republican candidate, the machine registered the vote for a Democrat in the same race. He notified the election judge at his polling place and demonstrated that it continued to cast a vote for the opposing candidate’s party. Moynihan was eventually allowed to vote for Republican candidates, including his own race. It is unknown if the machine in question (#008958) has been removed from service or is still in operation.
Not the first problem with this machine.

An election judge witnessed the problems Moynihan was having with machine #008958. After Moynihan called the Illinois Republican Party and they called the election board, Cook County Clerk David Orr reported the machine was taken aside and "recalibrated."
The problematic voting machine is the EDGE Plus 2 - Dominion Sequoia Voting System which is in use in Chicago and suburban Cook County Illinois. Earlier this year, Defend the Vote's Sharon Meroni filed a complaint under the Help America Vote Act against the machines, saying they are "deficient." Read entire calibration article
How The West Was Won: Voter Fraud In Colorado
In fairness, the Udall supporters are not caught actually practicing voter fraud but yes, they are condoning it.
The polls are notoriously unreliable in Colorado. Wonder why that might be? Sadly, I think Senator Udall will once again do much better than the polls indicate.
NO SUCH THING AS THROWING YOUR VOTE AWAY IN COLORADO
