Alabama Special Election

A while back, this blog asked if Roy Moore was the second coming of Ted Stevens. Now, it is fairly safe to say that something similar is at work.

Unlike a lot of outed predators and sickos, Moore never admitted to a single allegation. Given its track record, I tend to NOT believe anything promoted by "The Washington Post" Throw in Gloria Allred and I don't believe a word the accusers are saying. Not a word.

Fox News was touting some new methodology that had Jones winning in an upset. Actually they came short of saying that, but they definitely suggested it. Shades of 2016.

I don't usually look at "The New York Times" but they do call election nights better than anyone I know. Again, shades of 2016. They had Jones ahead early on. Then Moore surged to something like 55%. Then it went back to toss-up. Now with 21% reporting, Moore is given a 54% chance of winning.
