Obama has lowest favorable rating among all living presidents
Which living president has the lowest poll rating? Barack Obama of course. This Gallup poll published June 20 shows Obama enjoys, if that's the proper word, the lowest approval rating of all living presidents. One must assume a sizable number of the sample has no memory of Jimmy Carter which is probably just as well.

I know Rasmussen is the outlier but they are probably the best at predicting elections where ultimately, the validity of polls are verified. They have Obama at 49% Approval. I suspect that their numbers are accurate.
