Ambulance chaser buys Super Bowl commercial to blast police

I've tried several adjectives to describe this incident but I think I'm focused on weird and surreal. Feel free to choose your own. Jamie Casino, a personal injury lawyer from Savannah, Georgia purchased an entire 2 minute local spot during the Super Bowl to lambaste the local police department concerning the death of his brother.
Casino’s younger brother, Michael Biancosino, 30 at the time, and Emily Pickels, 21, were shot and killed in Biancosino’s vehicle in the early hours of Sept. 1. An arrest has been made and there were two other murders in Savannah the same weekend. Commenting on the murders Police Chief Willie Lovett remarked, “there were no innocent victims.” He later apologized for the statement saying he misspoke but evidently Casino is out to salvage his family's honor or get more business for his law practice.
How much can one trust a personal injury lawyer to get to the truth? Especially if that lawyer has a YouTube account and 6 Twitter handles?

It's weird or maybe surreal.

I would call his efforts disjointed.

LOL...It still amazes me how the Super Bowl has sprouted side shows that we talk about even if the game is a bust.
