Everyone remembers Crystal Mangum; maybe not by name. If Obama had been president during the Duke lacrosse team rape case I'm sure we would have heard that if he had had another daughter she would have looked like Crystal Mangum and he would have given prosecutor Mike Nifong the Presidential Freedom Medal. But Obama wasn't the president and Crystal was never raped and even praying with Jesse Jackson couldn't make it so. Crystal's fortunes have gone south. She went from celebrity victim to convicted murderer. She got 14 to 18 years for stabbing her boyfriend to death.. She's in the jailhouse now.
