The bad news is that we now have a "Wag the Dog" situation. As Congress slowed down Benghazi/IRS/NSA investigations--for political reasons dare I say it--they set themselves up for a lively autumn. Now, these investigations might be eclipsed by the prospects of a Syrian war.
But we did get a reprieve. We can breathe deeply once more.
