I want SCOTUS to send ACA/Obamacare to the scrap heap but I am not as sanguine as most of the bill's opponents. When the justices chose to announce the ruling on Thursday, the last day of the session, I took it as an omen. Why would they delay announcing a popular decision? Friday afternoon is a great time to announce anything one does not care to announce. And if the last day in your week (and the last day before Summer vacation) is Thursday...
I will get a few hours of sleep before I tune in. But tune in, I shall. In the words of Joe Biden, this is a big deal.
