And a follow-up question: Is the Tea Party dead?
Of the four remaining candidates, Santorum is the least Tea Party friendly. Big government conservatism is antithetical to fiscal conservatism. Bush era Republicanism is antithetical to fiscal conservatism. The Tea Party was as much about Bush and Santorum as it was about Obama. Unfortunately, the social cons have once more trumped and trounced and corrupted a fiscally conservative opportunity.
If Santorum is the face of the Tea Party, then no tea for me. How bad can Kool-Aid really be?
