Even when out of government the Clinton clan still manages to keep its finger in the pie. The Senate confirmation of Alejandro Mayorkas -- President Barack Obama's nominee to be deputy Homeland Security secretary is being held up over allegations that he improperly secured a visa for a wealthy investor. The application had previously been rejected.
Mayorkas is being investigated by the inspector general over allegations that he helped a company run by Anthony Rodham, brother of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
