Newt Gingrich Explains How And Why Trump Defeated The Establishment

Great video! All 67+ minutes. Gingrich at the top of his professorial game.

Especially interesting to me is that so many people--including people who voted for Trump--don't understand the Earth-shattering significance of November 8. Is The Donald an anomaly or the embodiment of something much larger, a movement whose time has come? He is possibly both.

Did Obama Generate A Russian Hacking Fable To Avenge RT's Unbiased Coverage Of The 2016 Election?

I disagree that Barry was offended by RT's favorable coverage of Occupy Wall Street. This is food for thought, nonetheless.

Great Farewell (?) Comments About Barack Obama

Obama still wants to be King, and he wants it by hook or by crook. He therefore continues to pose an ongoing danger to the American Republic, and will for the remainder of his life. He is not our friend, and never was.

Speaking of Crooks, Lois Lerner Is Back In The News

Ever hear of the Holman Rule? Neither have I but it seems to be a provision that allows Congress to withhold pay from corrupted bureaucrats. Sort of arcane but Tax Prof Blog once more does an excellent job of clarification.

John Corzine Receives The Next Best Thing To A Presidential Pardon

The most corrupt administration in US history continues its chicanery to the bitter end. Interestingly, this news item was dumped on a Friday amid the clamor concerning Vladimir Putin and the chorus of fake news and phony scandals. John Corzine, the mastermind behind one of the largest--and possibly most brazen--financial scandals in US history, walks away paying a $5 million fine and no prosecution.

Why did we hear more about Enron and Madoff than we heard about MF Global? Because John Corzine is a former DEMOCRAT governor of New Jersey and all-around DEMOCRAT big shot of Goldman Sachs lineage. Corzine was no piker. He borrowed (as in I borrowed your car without your knowledge and forgot to return it in a timely manner) hundreds of millions of dollars from MF Global clients.

Note: There are contradictory reports as to how much the Corzine Gang borrowed but we know it was was well into nine figures.

MF Global: One more whitewashed scandal of the Obama era. Lock em up! Drain the swamp!

Will Bikers For Trump Descend Upon DC For The Inauguration?

Michael Moore will be on hand. And Jane Fonda. Soros spawns will be on hand. The Left intends to disrupt Trump's inauguration because Lefties are fundamentally superior to humanity.

A significant characteristic all Leftists share is a resistance to reality. Truth takes a back seat to comforting thoughts because comforting thoughts are more, well, comforting. The Left seems to miss the detail that people elected Donald Trump. Angry, passionate people got the job done.

The angry, passionate people do indeed expect their will to be respected. The elite and the elitists will not extend that respect willingly. That could be yet another miscalculation on behalf of our political class. Despite all the fake news (and few genuine retractions) concerning Trump hate crimes, Donald's supporters have been amazingly restrained. That could change.

There is an effort to bring 2 million bikers to Washington to support and protect the new president. Will they get 2 million? I doubt if they could get 2 million in July, never mind January. But if they only get 200,000 or 20,000 or more likely, 2,000, there could be trouble. If there is bloodshed, we can thank Michael Moore. CNN will blame Donald Trump.

Can We Finally Put The Russian Hacking Fairy Tale To Rest?

It only appropriate that the most duplicitous, least honest, most fraudulent, most bogus public official in the history of the United States would conclude his presidency with one of the least-credible lies to ever be promoted. If you like your foreign attacks on US soil...a riot caused by a video that no one watched or even heard infinitum.

At Zero Hedge:

In keeping with the theme of providing no proof to the general public, the officials declined to describe the intelligence obtained about the involvement of a third-party in passing on leaked material to WikiLeaks, saying they did not want to reveal how the U.S. government had obtained the information. So just trust them, please.
The shift in the narrative is curious because as a reminder, officials had concluded "months earlier" that Russian intelligence agencies had directed the hacking, but had been less certain that they could prove Russia also had controlled the release of information damaging to Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton. It now appears that along with lack of evidence, the attention has shifted to an "intermediary" as being the responsible party .
In an interview with Fox News, WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange said he did not receive emails stolen from the DNC and top Hillary Clinton aide John Podesta from "a state party." Assange did not rule out the possibility that he got the material from a third party.

But Do You Know Anyone Who Owns A Pickup?

I  find this story amusing. At some point I guess I should find out who John Ekdahl happens to be. For now, I know that he tweeted the following:

The top 3 best selling vehicles in America are pick-ups. Question to reporters: do you personally know someone that owns one?

Does not seem like the spark that would ignite a flame war. Wrong!
Whoever Ekdahl is, he sure has plenty of sensitive journalist followers.

How The Washington Post Tried to Hack the Election

The myth that Russia tried to turn the election in favor of Trump only survives if you close your eyes tightly and ignore what the mainstream media did, or tried to do, to help Hillary and destroy Trump. Don’t take my word for it, let’s look at what the Washington Post actually published during the week that started on 7 October, 2016, which was the day the Wikileaks dumped the first batch of Podesta emails. [NOTE–for some reason not all of the hyperlinks appear. I will work on fixing this in the coming day. I have a word document if someone wants the original. Just email me.]

Let me give you the overview statistics. During that week the Washington Post published headlines in which Hillary Clinton’s name appeared 57 times. Donald Trump, by contrast, was mentioned 194 times. On the surface it would appear that the Post was part of Trump’s publicity team. But when you look at the actual articles it is quickly apparent that the Post liked Hillary and hated Trump. In other words, there was a steady downpour of negative articles about Trump, which included calling him a racist and a sexist.

Larry Johnson Crushes The Purveyors Of Fake News At No Quarter

Reporting Fake News Is A Full-time Job

In the past six weeks, the Washington Post published two blockbuster stories about the Russian threat that went viral: one on how Russia is behind a massive explosion of “fake news,” the other on how it invaded the U.S. electric grid. Both articles were fundamentally false. Each now bears a humiliating editor’s note grudgingly acknowledging that the core claims of the story were fiction: The first note was posted a full two weeks later to the top of the original article; the other was buried the following day at the bottom.

The second story on the electric grid turned out to be far worse than I realized when I wrote about it on Saturday, when it became clear that there was no “penetration of the U.S. electricity grid” as the Post had claimed. In addition to the editor’s note, the Russia-hacked-our-electric-grid story now has a full-scale retraction in the form of a separate article admitting that “the incident is not linked to any Russian government effort to target or hack the utility” and there may not even have been malware at all on this laptop

Dems Gear Up For Full Court Press To Set Fake News Narrative

Key priorities for the new DNC war room will be to shine a spotlight on Trump's conflicts of interest with his business enterprises as well as on Russia's alleged interference during last year's campaign.

The above link is an interesting article featuring information that the Dems have leaked elsewhere. They have stated that they will register ongoing conflict of interest charges against President Trump, whether COI exists or not. Repeat a lie often enough and a Leftist will believe it. Hey, it's already worked with Russian "hacking."

Interesting aside. I do like to tiptoe through the MSM garden from time to time when I can bear the stench of their fertilizer. A trend I have noticed for at least a few years now is that at even the most partisan expressions from Pravda-America invite comments that are oppositional if not insulting. NYT, La Times, USA Today, it does not seem to matter. The commenters are not buying the horse shit.

The above article is a prime example of MSM resistance. The Washington Post, in conjunction with MSN (Microsoft News) brings us article linked above. One would think that with that sort of lineage, the article would attract Leftist commentators. Wrong!

Donna Brazile, isn't she the one caught secretly feeding the questions to Hillary for a debate she moderated?

Yup, the democrattic party persists as the most devisive, uncooperative, dishonest, hate-baiting party in the history of the country. No news here.

"Perhaps they can blame the martians this time."
LOL, I miss the Enquirer. They were more honest than the Washington Post. I find the "Batboy" and "Martians give the president the secret to fix the economy" (two recurring Enquirer themes) more believable that what the Post prints.

Boy that Bush gets around. He gets more blame than the Russians....LOL.

The above sample captures the dominant tone of reader commentary. Times have changed. The Dems and their MSM megaphones are the only ones who don't realize it.

I Could Not Have Said It Better Than David Penner

You are so divorced from reality, so drugged with the narcotic of identity politics, and indifferent to the sufferings of your fellow Americans, as well as the sufferings of those whose countries are destroyed by your wars of aggression, that you are simply no longer living in the reality based world; and sadly, haven’t been for a very long time.
Perhaps there is a place where American liberals fight racism, sexism, and carry out humanitarian interventions, which bring an end to genocide, persecution of minorities, and authoritarian regimes: in your mind.
