Perry Bites The Dust

A political handicapper I am not. From the time Mitt Romney announced that he would not run and the time that Rick Perry requested that the front runner be barred from the first debate for making politically incorrect but largely true statements, I thought the former governor of Texas had an excellent shot of winning his party's nomination. At the very least, I thought he would outlast Gary Gilmore or Patakitin or Saintorum. That starting gates does in a lot of good horses.

Long ago I told people the Patriots should go with Bledsoe instead of Brady. I would later call Brady a fluke but of course I would eventually retract that statement. Guess there are a few things I don't know.

Bye-bye Governor Havahart. We wish you well.

Larry Kudlow To Run For Senate?

I thought I had a scoop but in etime this is old news. Larry Kudlow might challenge Senator Blumenthal for his seat from Connecticut. The catalyst is the Iran "deal."

Go Larry!
