Professor Charles Tiefer of the University of Baltimore was a Democratic witness brought in to refute the GOP claim that a special prosecutor was needed in the IRS scandal. He should have stayed home. Congressman Trey Gowdy who practiced rather than taught law took Tiefer apart. Gowdy has to be on everyone's short list for Veep.
