Are our forefathers laughing at us? They should be. Matthew McCabe is not exactly Lieutenant Calley. He stood accused of giving a terrorist/killer a fat lip in the process of apprehending him.
I fault Obama that this fiasco reached the court martial phase. In fairness though, Bush also let a few of our troops twist in the wind. For now, let's celebrate this victory ignored by the mainstream media.
